Now Open Near ParkLine: Myron Mixon’s Pitmaster Barbeque
Spicy buffalo pork rinds. Cupcake cornbread. Baby back mac and cheese. Just the appetizers at Myron Mixon’s Pitmaster Barbeque are enough to tantalize your taste buds. The new outpost opened in Miami is well-stocked in unique Southern snacks like these, as well as a full roster of slow-smoked meats and “fixin’s.”
Dig into a plate of the signature baby back ribs, available by the half- or full rack, or the smoked half chicken. Try the pulled pork, the beef brisket, or the smoked sausage links. You can try most of the meats in sandwich form, too, or as a family meal with extra sides. Those sides include everything from slaw, collard greens, and mac and cheese to Brunswick stew and peach-barbecue baked beans. Save some room for the indulgent bourbon-chocolate pecan pie or the banana pudding. You can also order meat by the pound to-go. The barbecue joint is currently offering limited indoor and outdoor dining with safety measures in place, as well as delivery and takeout.
